Hi Benien,
There are various databases but the best start is to go to Espacenet https://worldwide.espacenet.com/
It includes the complete collection of full-text patents published via the international PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) route. It also provides the patent’s status in the European Patent Register, as well as the status of US-granted patents and patent applications. Finally, Espacenet provides access to documents arising from the US patent examination.
