When should I and how can I engage patients in my therapy development process?

Patient involvement in therapy development should preferably start as early as possible, but is certainly relevant during subsequent stages of the development process as well. In 2022, CIOMS launched a publication that may provide you with an overview, useful examples and links. Early patient involvement helps you define the unmet medical need and set the appropriate development conditions in order to maximize chances for success!
